From a single standard outlet. Power, lighting, ventilation, and the AC and USB ports all run from one plug-and-play connection — no electrician and no permits. Draw ranges from about 53 W on a Grande to 106 W on a Trenta.

Internal and external locks are available as an option on every pod. Mention it when you request a quote and we will include them in the build.

Balanced dual-fan ventilation exchanges the full volume of air roughly every 90 seconds, quietly and without drafts. Airflow scales with pod size — 80 CFM ×2 on a Double, 160 CFM total on a Grande.

Pods are freestanding furniture with a stainless-steel, fireproof shell and do not attach to the building. Sprinkler and fire-code requirements vary by jurisdiction and ceiling layout, so send us your floor plan and we will advise before you order.
