How are WorkHenge pods different from other office pods?
We don't cut corners. Our pods feature 30.9 dB SGS-certified soundproofing, steel-reinforced frames, and quad-layer acoustic insulation. You get both durability and real silence — built in California, shipped direct.
What does the buying process look like?
It starts with a quick consultation to understand your space and needs. From there, we recommend the right pod configuration, confirm specs, and ship. Most orders deliver within 5–10 business days. Setup takes 2–3 hours.
What sizes and configurations are available?
We offer solo pods for focused work and calls, plus larger 2–4 person pods for meetings and collaboration. Custom configurations are available for enterprise orders.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?
Yes. We work with workplace teams ordering 3+ pods. Volume pricing, custom branding, and dedicated support included. Reach out for a tailored quote.
How soon can I expect delivery?
Most orders ship from our Hayward, CA facility and deliver within 5–10 business days. Local Bay Area and Irvine deliveries can be faster. We'll confirm your timeline at checkout.

What's included with my purchase?
Every pod ships in flat-packed components and is assembled on site in 2–3 hours. Each pod includes integrated ventilation, LED lighting, power outlets, and all mounting hardware. White-glove delivery available.
