Two single-person models — Compact and Tall — plus a two-person Double, and rooms for 2–4 people (Grande), 4–6 (Venti), and 6–8 (Trenta). The Tall — the larger one-person pod — is our most popular: a quick phone booth and small private office in one, with room for a normal office-sized chair.

The pods come primarily in white. The Tall, our most popular model, is also available in black.

No — furniture is not included by default. Furniture options are available separately.

No. WorkHenge runs on an inventory model: pods are kept in stock rather than built for each order. That is what keeps lead times short.

We focus on standard models without excessive features, but custom options — digital locks, and privacy screens that switch from clear to private at the press of a button — are available. These are custom-made for clients and are not standard on inventory units.

The stated price includes free shipping. As a direct manufacturer, WorkHenge prices soundproof pods roughly 50% lower than similar products on the market — some of our models start around $5,000 where comparable pods easily cost $10,000+.

Yes. A bulk discount applies when you purchase three or more units.

It varies by location and complexity. Professional installation for an eight-person pod typically runs $1,600–$2,000; smaller pods usually cost $600–$1,000. As a general estimate, budget 10–15% of the pod's value.

Pods arrive disassembled in large crates. They cannot ship assembled — both for transportation viability and because the panels need to fit through standard doors.

Primary warehouse in La Mirada, California (West Coast); secondary warehouses in Edison, New Jersey (East Coast) and Joliet, Illinois (Midwest); and a satellite warehouse in Hayward, California (SF Bay Area).

Yes — the process is straightforward. It typically takes two people about 2–3 hours for a first installation, and around 2 hours for each pod after that. We can also refer installers to handle the physical movement and assembly of panels, which is about 50% of the work; customers typically pay the installer directly.

Through a simple plug, much like a desktop computer. One standard 110-volt outlet powers the entire unit — lights, fans, and the included AC/USB ports. No electrician needed.

A locking mechanism is optional. If you prefer not to have one, it can be omitted during installation, so the pod can be entered without being locked from the inside.

Yes. Pods are designed with wheels, and their weight-bearing stands hand-twist to raise the unit so it can be pushed around easily.

The pods pull air from the surrounding room to keep the temperature inside in equilibrium with the office. For additional cooling, extra AC units can be added as an extension.

WorkHenge pods are graded as Class A sound booths, with a speech-level reduction of 30.9 dB on average — above the 30 dB threshold. In practice, conversations inside the pod cannot be understood from a normal standing distance outside.

Optional openings can be added for building sprinkler systems if required. Alternatively, portable fire suppression units (such as those from CEASEFIRE, around $1,695) can be installed inside the pod without connecting to the building's system, and are accepted by most cities. Installation of fire suppression is the responsibility of the building owner or tenant; verify compliance with local fire and building codes with your authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).

A 5-year limited warranty on parts from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship for most factory-supplied components, including electrical and structural parts. Labor and installation services are not covered. In addition, a 30-day replacement policy covers defective parts within the first 30 days — shipping fees included, with fast-tracked delivery of replacements.
