Warranty
Every WorkHenge pod is built for lasting performance — and backed like it. This policy sets out our warranty coverage in full, so you know exactly what's protected, for how long, and what we'll do if something fails.

Five years of covered components.
WorkHenge offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery on specific components of your office sound pod. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Electrical parts
Fans, LED lighting, power modules, and outlets.
Mechanical hardware
Hinges, handles, door closers, and ventilation grilles.
Structural components
Covered when issues arise under normal use, with no signs of external impact, modification, or mishandling.
If a covered part fails during the warranty period, WorkHenge ships a replacement component free of charge. Structural coverage applies when material deformation occurs while the unit remains stationary and in regular use.
The first 30 days are on us.

Staying covered is simple.
To ensure your product remains covered under warranty:
Install to spec
The pod must be installed per WorkHenge's instructions.
Keep the original assembly
The unit must remain in its original assembly — structural changes may void coverage.
No unauthorized repairs
No unauthorized repairs or modifications should be made.
Keep your paperwork
Original proof of purchase and the product serial number must be available.
Where coverage ends.
The warranty will be void if the product is subjected to misuse, mishandling, or conditions outside its intended use. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:
Third-party additions
Non-WorkHenge branded hardware or software, or third-party equipment and furniture added to the pod.
Misuse & unauthorized work
Damage from misuse, improper assembly or disassembly, unauthorized repairs, or electrical faults caused by non-certified personnel.
Environment & force majeure
Environmental damage — fire, flooding, outdoor exposure — and force majeure events such as earthquakes, storms, or war.
Wear & cosmetics
Wear and tear such as fabric fading, scratches, or cushion softness, and natural inconsistencies like wood grain patterns or glass bubbles.
Improper care & overload
Use of improper cleaning products or methods, or use of pod components beyond their intended capacity or load limits.
Ownership & transport
Pre-owned or rented units, modifications made to the unit, and damage during transport by non-approved carriers.
Your part is small.
Show proof of purchase
Provide valid proof of purchase when you make a claim.
Follow the diagnosis
Follow WorkHenge's service and diagnostic instructions.
Finish the fit
Complete any final assembly or part reattachment if required.
