How long does it take?
Delivered in 5–10 days from U.S. warehouses, then assembled on site in one day — no weeks of construction.
Do we need a building permit?
Day-Suites are modular and freestanding, so many offices install them without a building permit. Because a room this size can fall under your fire marshal’s review, we offer fire and sprinkler options and will help you check your local code before you order.
How quiet is a Day-Suite?
Day-Suite L and XL are rated 30.9 dB Class-A speech-level reduction, tested by SGS to ISO 23351-1. Day-Suite M is rated 30 dB NIC.
What about ventilation and power?
Sixteen ventilation fans plus a central fan fully exchange the air in about 46 seconds. Each suite is ventilation-ready and power-enabled — we’ll confirm the connection for your space with your quote.
Is it ADA compliant and certified?
Yes. Day-Suites are ADA compliant and certified to UL 962 (safety) and UL GREENGUARD (low emissions and indoor air quality).
