Every price includes the pod — structure, acoustic glass, ventilation, LED lighting and power — plus free shipping to the lower 48 and a 5-year warranty. Furniture and professional installation (from $700) are quoted separately.
How quiet is a WorkHenge pod?
30.9 dB Class-A speech-level reduction, tested by SGS to ISO 23351-1. That standard measures how much a conversation inside is reduced for people outside — so it’s a speech-privacy rating, not just a noise number.
Do we need a permit or an electrician?
No electrician: one standard U.S. outlet powers the lights, fans and outlets. Pods are freestanding furniture, so most jurisdictions don’t require a building permit. If your building or fire marshal needs it, we offer a sprinkler opening or integrated fire-extinguisher option — ask and we’ll help you check.
How fast is delivery and installation?
Pods ship free from four U.S. warehouses and arrive in 5–10 days. We schedule delivery around your loading dock and freight elevator. Installation takes 2–3 hours depending on the model.
Can we install it ourselves?
Yes. Two to three people with a dolly, an electric screwdriver and a step ladder can install a pod in 2–3 hours. Prefer hands-off? Professional installation starts at $700.
Is there fresh air inside?
Yes. Dual fans move up to 160 CFM, fully exchanging the air in under two minutes, with LED lighting built in.
Are the pods accessible?
An ADA-compliant model is available on request, along with a seismic anchor kit.
Can we move it later?
Yes. Pods roll on casters and can be relocated in minutes — and they move with you when you change offices.
